1.Introduction:

This Test Sphere Probe is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC61032, IEC60529, IEC60065
and GB4208 standards requirements. It simulate human hand in the IP protection test and mainly used in the
figure one and additional letter A project of IP protection test. In the protection of persons against access to
hazardous parts for IP1 code, A code test probe should test with 50±5N force.



2. Manual:
(1) Same as the below picture. The sphere should not access to live parts and hazardous parts.
(2) As the requirements in the protection of persons against access to hazardous parts test, the
sphere should use with Push Pull and should trust 50±5N force in the protection surface.
 
3. Attention：
(1)The sphere is weight, please pay much attention to prevent the falls of the sphere to damage to person or the sample.
(2)This sphere is made of bearing steel, please pay much attention to the regular maintenance and to prevent it rust.
